Crusader Pucci has a 0.1% drop rate — the rarest unit in the game. Save Gems until you hit pity (around 400 summons) during a banner featuring Pucci. Redeem all available codes first to stack Gems before pulling.

Gilgamesh is a Secret rarity unit from the Fate update. He comes from the standard summoning pool. Save Gems for a banner featuring him, or check if a Fate portal is active in the lobby.

Esdeath has her own portal — the Esdeath Portal — with specific drop chances. Check the portal section in the lobby for current rates. She can also appear in standard banners during certain events.

Shiny variants are alternate visual versions of existing units (like Kurumi Shiny or Makima Shiny). Same stats as the base unit, different appearance. They drop from the same summoning pool at even lower rates than the base Secret version.

After roughly 400 summons without a high-rarity pull, the pity system guarantees one. Your counter carries over between sessions. Crusader-tier units like Pucci have a separate pity track — check which banner your pity applies to before summoning.

Portals are limited-time events that let you summon specific units (Esdeath, Ice Empress, etc.) with known drop rates. They require portal tokens earned from stages or events. Portal units are often not available in the standard banner.
