S

S-Tier

Wizard Class
Best all-rounder. High AoE damage, self-heal, strong in both solo and co-op. Pick this if you want easy clears.
Cursed Greatsword Weapon
Highest base damage in the game. Slow swing but one-shots most mobs. Tank mains love this.
A

A-Tier

Ranger Class
Safe ranged DPS. Melts bosses from the back line, but needs a good weapon to really shine.
Healer Class
You won't clear Floor 30+ without one. Low damage, but keeps the whole team alive.
Assassin Class
Insane single-target burst. Invisibility is broken in PvP. Squishy though — you'll die a lot learning it.
Cursed Bow Weapon
Best ranged weapon. Fast attack speed + solid damage makes Rangers scary.
B

B-Tier

Tank Class
Blocks 100% damage with a sword. Essential in teams, painful to solo. Pair with a Healer and you're unkillable.
Unique Katana Weapon
Fast swings, decent damage. Good for Assassin builds but outclassed by Cursed weapons late game.
Rare Staff Weapon
Solid starter weapon for Wizards. Does the job until you find a Cursed drop.
C

C-Tier

Warrior Class
Jack of all trades, master of none. Lower damage than Assassin, less tanky than Tank. Needs a buff honestly.
Common Sword Weapon
Starter weapon. Replace it as soon as you can.

How We Rank

This tier list is based on how each class and weapon performs in mid-to-late game dungeons (Floor 20+). We factor in clear speed, survivability, team value, and how much investment you need to make them viable. A class that's amazing with Cursed gear but useless without it gets ranked lower than one that works well at every stage.

Levelbound (formerly Dungeon Leveling) has six classes — Wizard, Ranger, Healer, Assassin, Tank, and Warrior. Weapons range from Common to Cursed rarity, with Unique weapons as a separate category. Your class is defined by the weapon you equip, so weapon choice matters a lot.

FAQ

What's the best class in Levelbound right now?

Wizard. It's been S-tier since launch because of its AoE damage and self-healing. You can solo most content with it, and teams always want one for dungeon runs.

Is Assassin worth playing?

If you like high-risk, high-reward gameplay, yes. Assassin has the highest single-target burst in the game and Invisibility is borderline broken in PvP. But you'll need good gear and you'll die a lot while learning the class.

How often does this tier list get updated?

We update it after every major balance patch. The devs usually tweak class stats every few weeks, so check back after updates.

Does weapon rarity matter more than type?

Yes, a lot. A Cursed-rarity weapon will outperform a Unique of the same type in almost every case. Rarity determines base stats, and the gap between Common and Cursed is massive.
