Ascension Incremental Guide
Full tier system breakdown, resource hierarchy, rune unlock order, and progression tips for new players.
What is Ascension Incremental?
Ascension Incremental (and the older Ascender Incremental) drops you into a loop of earning energy, buying upgrades, tiering up, and rolling runes. Sounds simple, but there are 10 tiers to push through, 11 resource types that chain into each other, and a full Ascension prestige system waiting at the end. Most players hit a wall around Tier 4-5 without a plan.
This guide covers the early game, every tier unlock, and which codes to redeem before you start grinding. For the full rune probability tables, check our Secrets & Runes guide. For free stuff, grab all the active codes first.

FAQ
What should I focus on as a complete beginner?
Redeem all active codes first (especially LZRVerify1, 10M, and BLESSING). Then grind energy to hit Tier 1 (100 energy), buy every upgrade you can afford, and push toward Tier 3 where Basic Runes unlock. Don't waste time optimizing early — just keep tiering up.
How does the tier system work?
There are 10 tiers, each requiring a specific amount of energy to unlock. Each tier gives you new mechanics — Tier 3 unlocks Basic Runes, Tier 5 gives Rune Luck and the Talent Tree, Tier 6 adds Color Runes and the Prism Button, and Tier 10 unlocks your first Ascension. Energy requirements scale from 100 (Tier 1) to 1QnVtTr (Tier 10).
What's the resource progression order?
Energy → Flame → Power → RP → Gears → XP → Flesh → Prisms → Orbs → Cubes → Spheres. Each resource unlocks at a specific tier and feeds into the next. You don't need to memorize this — just upgrade whatever's available and the game guides you through.
When should I do my first Ascension?
Ascension unlocks at Tier 10 (requires 1QnVtTr energy). It's basically a prestige — you reset progress but unlock Polychrome Runes and permanent bonuses. Push for it once you've maxed out your Tier 9-10 upgrades and progress feels slow.
Is this guide for Ascension Incremental or Ascender Incremental?
Both. The two games share nearly identical mechanics (tiers, runes, resources). Ascension Incremental is the newer version by Rackz's Creations, Ascender Incremental is the older one by LZR Games. This guide covers the shared systems.
