What is Blue Heater 2?

Blue Heater 2 has 6 core stats that you allocate as you level up and complete quests. Getting your stat distribution right is the difference between melting bosses and getting stuck at the first one. The good news is you can reset stats anytime using Bleeder Bits at the vendor in Sunshine Town.

Strength increases damage for Swords, Greatswords, and Axes. This is the primary stat for physical melee builds. If you are using any of these weapons, Strength should be your highest stat. Pairs well with Vitality for survivability.

Dexterity increases damage for Daggers and Rapiers. Essential for crit-based assassin builds, especially with the Fenris race. Stack Dexterity with Agility for maximum attack speed and dodge capability.

Vitality increases your maximum health pool. Every build needs some Vitality for survivability. Even glass cannon mage builds should invest 15 to 20 percent of points here. Skipping Vitality entirely means getting one-shot by bosses.

Agility expands your stamina capacity for dodging and mobility. Important for dodge-heavy playstyles like Fenris Crit Assassin. For other builds, the stamina from Agility is not worth the opportunity cost of damage or health stats.

Intelligence boosts magic attack power. The primary damage stat for Staff users and mage builds. Enlightened race plus Intelligence plus Focus is the meta mage setup. If you are using a Staff, Intelligence should be your highest stat.

Focus increases total mana capacity and mana regeneration. This is the most underrated stat in the game. Even physical builds use abilities that cost mana. Allocate 10 to 15 percent of your points to Focus to avoid running dry mid-combat. For mage builds, Focus is your second priority after Intelligence.

Recommended distributions: Mage Burst goes 50 percent Intelligence, 30 percent Focus, 20 percent Vitality. Physical DPS goes 50 percent Strength, 30 percent Vitality, 20 percent Dexterity. Crit Assassin goes 50 percent Dexterity, 25 percent Agility, 25 percent Vitality. Tank Healer goes 40 percent Vitality, 30 percent Focus, 30 percent Intelligence.

Common mistakes to avoid: spreading points evenly across all 6 stats (makes you mediocre at everything), ignoring Focus entirely (you will run out of mana mid-fight), skipping Vitality on damage builds (you will get one-shot), and mismatching stats with weapons (putting Strength while using a Staff does nothing for your damage).

FAQ

How do I reset stats in Blue Heater 2?

Use Bleeder Bits at the stat reroll vendor in Sunshine Town. You earn Bleeder Bits from daily quests. Stats can be reset as many times as you want.

What is the best stat in Blue Heater 2?

It depends on your weapon. Strength for swords and axes, Dexterity for daggers, Intelligence for staffs. There is no single best stat. It is about matching your build.

Should I put points in Agility?

Only if you are running a Dagger or Rapier build like Fenris Crit Assassin. For other builds, the stamina from Agility is not worth the opportunity cost of damage or health stats.

Is Focus worth investing in for melee builds?

Yes. Focus increases mana capacity and regeneration. Even melee builds use abilities that cost mana. Allocate 10 to 15 percent of your points to Focus to avoid running dry mid-combat.

What happens if I spread stats evenly?

You become mediocre at everything. This is the number one noob trap. Focus on 2 to 3 stats max that match your weapon type. You can always reset with Bleeder Bits if you make a mistake.
