Royal Hatchers is a pet hatching game by Imperial Projects where the core loop is simple but seriously addictive: tap to earn coins, spend coins on eggs, hatch pets, and use those pets to earn coins even faster. You start in the spawn area with three basic eggs — Common, Spotted, and one more — and work your way up from there. As your pets get better, your coin multiplier goes up, which lets you afford pricier eggs, which gives you a shot at rarer pets. The whole thing snowballs fast. Pets come in three rarity tiers: Common, Secret (purple), and Royal (gold). Secret pets are already rare — the Heavenly Rose, for example, is a 1-in-6.25 million chance from the Valentine's event egg. Royal pets are even rarer; the Golden Warrior is a 1-in-44 million shot, and only 85 exist across all servers. Every pet also has a Shiny variant, which is worth roughly 5–10x the normal version in trades. Each pet you equip adds to your coin multiplier and heart multiplier — the Crowned Trophy has an 833 heart multiplier and 4,250 coin multiplier, for reference. You can equip multiple pets at once, and the game has an "equip best" button that auto-selects your highest-multiplier loadout. Each new island you unlock comes with better eggs and a set of upgrade totems — permanent stat boosts that stack as you progress. One totem gives +15% coins, another gives +1 egg hatch (meaning you hatch one extra egg per click), and they keep getting stronger the further you go. With enough totems stacked, you can hatch 10 eggs at a time. On top of the visible totems, there are three hidden upgrades scattered around the map that most players miss. One is hidden near the portals at spawn and gives +15% hatch speed. Another is in Frost Island and gives +30% luck. The third is in the Forest area and gives +30% shiny chance. These are completely free permanent boosts — go find them early. The game also has an Index system where collecting pets unlocks permanent rewards like a 50% luck increase, and a Mastery system that levels up just from hatching eggs and gives hatch speed, luck, and extra egg hatching bonuses.

Royal Hatchers added a full Clans system in Update 4 (February 2026), which is why the game title now shows the [🛡CLANS] tag. Clans let you team up with other players, compete on leaderboards, and work toward shared goals. Outside of Clans, the trading scene is active — the community uses a value list to price pets fairly, with numbers like 1500 for Impish Angel (the current top Secret pet) and 600 for Midnight Piramidium (top Royal). Shiny versions command a massive premium. The game also runs a daily Pet Bounty system: each day, one of the eggs gets a special exclusive pet added to its drop pool at ultra-rare odds (like 1-in-50 million from the Common egg). If you're just starting out, here's the fastest path to progress. First, redeem all active codes in the Shop menu (scroll to the bottom, enter the code, hit Enter) — check our codes page for the latest ones. The OPCode gives you a Galaxy Dragon Pet plus 2 Coins Potions, which is a massive head start. Next, always equip your highest-multiplier pets using the "equip best" button. When you're ready to open expensive eggs, stack your Lucky IV and Hatch IV potions together — Lucky IV boosts your odds of hitting rare pets, Hatch IV speeds up the animation so you can open more eggs per minute. The Royal Essence potion is the strongest buff: it gives 100% luck, 50% hatch speed, and +1 egg hatch all at once, so save those for when you're grinding a specific rare pet. Prioritize unlocking new islands over hoarding coins — each island's upgrade totems give permanent boosts that compound over time, and don't forget to hunt down the three hidden upgrades for free hatch speed, luck, and shiny chance bonuses.
